We will gladly accept the return of any baskitwear.com products that are new and unused with the original tag and box for 30 days from receipt. After 30 days, happiness can be an elusive thing, but we’ll still do our best to make you smile by exchanging or offering a credit on most baskitwear.com purchases.
To expedite your return or exchange, please follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Print easy return form
Returns are easy!...but there are some rules. Print out this form and follow the directions to process your return.
Step 2: Complete info on form
Please complete the form entirely. Use your original order number for the RMA. You can also note which items you would like a refund/credit or an exchange.
Step 3: Mail/ship back to Baskit
We recommend you ship returned items back to use using a method that allows you to track your return. We are not responsible for items which do not reach us.

REFUNDS
Refunds are typically processed within one week. The funds will be deposited back in the same form as your original payment method on the order, less shipping fees, and you will receive confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for credit card bank return processing.
MERCHANDISE CREDITS
In most cases, if you bought something on sale you will be issued a merchandise credit, less any shipping fees. This credit will be good for 365 days only. Please use your credits before they expire.
IMPORTANT NOTES
