We ship to most countries world-wide and offer a variety of shipping costs to meet your needs. The shipping cost to your country is determined by destination, weight and shipping method chosen. To find out the estimated shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, add the items to your cart and then click on, "Checkout." From here scroll down to the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” section and enter the requested information and then select “Get Quote” to display the shipping options and estimated shipping costs. Select your preferred shipping method and then click “Update total” to confirm this method.
A word about our “Standard” shipping for international orders.
This shipping method does not utilize international FedEx. We utilize USPS Global mail for this service and shipping times vary. Most deliverie using this service are made world-wide within 7-14 days. However, delays are possible due to customs clearance in your country.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination. Typically, delivery is between 7-14 business days. Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure; these delays can be between 4-6 weeks except for Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.
My international order has not arrived. What do I do?
Please be aware that we are not responsible for delays due to shipping using our standard shipping method. As noted above, on very rare occasions, shipments are delayed due to random security/inspection measures or duty/tax collection requirements.
If your package does not arrive within 21 days we suggest contacting your local post-office to see if the package is waiting for duty payment and you have missed the notification.
If after 60 calendar days the package does not deliver to you we will initiate the refund process. Please be aware that regardless of your payment method, you may not request a claim for refund until 60 calendar days have passed from our listed shipment date on your order shipment confirmation receipt.
Can I track my order?
You can check if your order has been sent by clicking on the "Order Status" link at the bottom of our website pages. Log into your account to view your shipping status and available tracking information.
For reference, only our Fed Ex International Service allows for online tracking. If a FedEx option was selected at the time of ordering, an email would have been sent with your tracking information when your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, we can resend it to the original email address supplied. Alternatively, for us to send it to another email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to validate your identity.
If the "Standard” shipping method was selected for your order, your shipment does have a parcel number, however you are not able to view the status of this shipment online. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country.
