NOT HAPPY? - We want you to be happy. Let us help you get happy.

We will gladly accept the return of any baskitwear.com products that are new and unused with the original tag and packaging for 30 days from receipt.

After 30 days, happiness can be an elusive thing, but we’ll still do our best to make you happy by exchanging or offering a credit on most baskitwear.com purchases.

To expedite your return or exchange, follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Login to your Baskitwear Account at https://account.baskitwear.com/

Step 2: Click "Request Return" at the bottom of the order that contains these items.

Step 3: Select the items and click "Request Return"

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label to facilitate getting the items back to our warehouse.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are typically processed within one week. The funds will be deposited back in the same form as your original payment method on the order, less shipping fees, return shipping and restocking fees, and you will receive confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
  • Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for credit card bank return processing.

MERCHANDISE CREDITS

  • In most cases, if you bought something on sale you will be issued a merchandise credit in your account, less any shipping fees, return shipping and restocking fees. This credit will be good for 365 days only. Please use your credits before they expire.

  • Final sale items are just that—a final sale—and are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Timing

We do not accept returns after 30 days of your receipt. However, we’re pretty understanding people. So if something happens with our product within the first 365 days of purchase, please let us know. Drop us a line. We’ll help you get it figured out. Send a note to info@baskitwear.com

Return Shipping & Restocking

  • A fee of $6.95 for return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
    A restocking fee of 5% of the item value will also be deducted from your store credit.
